If you live in or near a large city these products will be relatively easy to find. Health food stores such as Wild Oats and Whole Foods stock many of these items. Some grocery stores, such as Hy-Vee, have health food sections and will special order for their customers if you ask. Wal-Mart is also carrying more organic and gluten-free products all the time.
